The design facility enables Griffiths to respond directly to client needs from the inception of the project through to hand-over.  Our clients often challenge us with a building brief that contains highly specific requirements.  By bringing design in-house, Griffiths is able to ensure that the design intent is met with maximum efficiency and clear communication, and to provide a fast-tracked design development and building process.  At times, the urgency of the project will require the design to develop parallel with the construction procurement.  In-house design enables Griffiths to perform a fast track construction process, with time and cost benefits to the client, whilst retaining a high level of design integrity in the built outcome.
